Pricing
At Inside the Square we like to be as upfront as possible with costing prior to a project starting. We can offer a set price for Preliminary design and a baseline guide price for complete plans per m2 of floor area.
PRELIMINARY DESIGN only: $680 (+gst)PLAN SET FOR COUNCIL CONSENT baseline price: $25/m2 (+gst)
*Since each project is unique in design and location it is not possible to outline exact pricing until these variables are known. However after Preliminary design has been completed and before Drafting of the Plans begins there will be a written understanding between both parties to ensure we are all on the same page.

NOTE: The Guide Price per m2 applies to a 50m2 minimum, it is subject to variation due to factors including but not limited to Site contour, location and complexity of the plans.
