Preliminary Design – Lake House, Auckland

An open plan new build overlooking a small waterway. The clients connection with the outdoor and garden life was paramount. A modest sized house on a sloping section with a self contained wing for family, doubling as a bed & breakfast on occasion.

A Preliminary Design collaboration with the clients moved through various options until all the boxes were ticked.
